Independent Brand Identity for PEAXACT

PEAXACT is one of the leading software solutions for spectral analysis and is used worldwide by renowned process spectrometer manufacturers such as Siemens. Although the software is well-established in the industry, it previously lacked targeted brand communication. S-PACT GmbH presented itself more as a developer – with low visibility. R211 therefore developed an independent brand image for PEAXACT in order to withdraw S-PACT from brand communication.

A Repositioning Brings Clarity

In a multi-stage brand workshop with R211, the brand architecture was redefined. Instead of an intended brand refresh for S-PACT, it quickly became apparent that PEAXACT was much better known than the company itself. The solution: A clear separation – PEAXACT as a visible product brand, S-PACT as a technical sender in the background.

All previous products under S-PACT were transferred to the PEAXACT family and bundled on a new, performance-oriented website. R211 developed an independent appearance with a new logo, typography and visual language. The design was matched to the familiar green tone to ensure recognition and at the same time create a clear distinction from the corporate brand.

PEAXACT is now communicated as a fully-fledged brand – with an independent presence in presentations, application notes, social media and sales documents. The former developer brand is discreetly in the background and is only present at the accounting level. A clear concept that brings brand value, usability and marketing to the point.
