Carponi GmbH from Düsseldorf develops sustainably produced crawling and first-walking shoes. Together with R211, a premium baby clothing brand was created, which is visually and strategically oriented towards luxury brands for adults. The aim was to create a convincing brand identity that appeals to both trading partners and quality-conscious customers.
Premium character through name and design
The name Carponi – Italian for “on all fours” – creates an emotional connection to the target group. The brand clearly differentiates itself from conventional crawling shoe providers and is oriented towards top brands in adult fashion. R211 developed an identity that combines sustainability, practicality and design awareness – as a basis for a consistent brand image with recognition value.



The cross-media Corporate Design was consistently applied to all touchpoints by R211. It includes logos, lookbooks, trade fair displays, packaging design and product information materials, as well as digital channels: targeted product mailings to selected influencers for presentation in social media, social media formats and website components. Particular attention was paid to the feasibility of the design on the product itself, whether woven, punched or printed.
