Hair Haus is one of Germany’s top-selling wholesalers of hairdressing supplies. With a new corporate strategy, the company aims to be perceived by hairdressers not merely as a supplier, but as a partner. Collaborative partnership is at the core of this reorientation. To achieve the transition from an anonymous wholesaler to a peer partner, all employees – from the logistics center to executive management – must understand and embody the new vision.
New spirit, new communication strategy, new brand presence.
From employee handbook to website, R211 accompanies Hair Haus’s transformation into the “Partner for Hairdressers”. The new vision is brought to life, and Hair Haus’s brand image is shaped both online and offline through diverse media and measures.



Engaging with hairdressers on an equal footing means immersing oneself in their creative and innovative world – even as a wholesaler not previously perceived as a trendsetter. Hair Haus broke new ground here and, together with R211, developed a modern Corporate Design with a new visual language and aesthetic that truly resonates with the industry. Additionally, the content side generated numerous added values such as how-to videos and digital services that support hairdressers in their daily work.

In addition to developing an employee vision book, R211 successfully conceived and implemented campaigns, new customer mailings, photo shoots, and the new website presence – right up to the employee event. Social media design templates, catalogs, and magazines were also realized in the new look, thus consistently conveying the revised brand image internally and externally.
