Trainee scholarship communicated convincingly
The Hans-Böckler Foundation has launched a new funding initiative for apprentices with its “Talents in Vocational Education (TiBB)” program. It is aimed at young people who demonstrate exceptional commitment and responsibility in their professional lives. The goal was to communicate the new scholarship in a way that would generate interest among the young target group and motivate participation. R211 Agency developed a well-conceived communication concept for this purpose, highlighting the relevance and attractiveness of the funding program.
Targeted design for young talents
The focus was on an independent visual appearance that blends harmoniously into the foundation’s existing Corporate Design and yet sets its own accents. The approach was clearly tailored to the needs of young people: understandable, direct and motivating. This created a tonality that creates trust and addresses the target group at eye level.

The concept was implemented across all media. It included printed flyers for direct information, social media content for a contemporary approach on preferred platforms, and roll-up banners for trade fair appearances. In addition, web headers were used for the foundation’s website to ensure consistent communication online.

The measures led to a convincing result: The foundation was able to successfully position the new scholarship and record a high number of qualified applications. The concept also offers a sustainable basis for making the program visible in the long term and strengthening the promotion of vocational training.
